x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes, SGX is actually encourage shorting by from it' s Lending Pool it collects fees acting as a middle man. Currently there r abt 4.9m Geo shares available for lending, n these shares r from navie retail investors thinking they can make a small fee while in SGX  custody. What they fail to notice is short sellers would use this to short these navie retailers shares! x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I like Geo because it is owned not by just one towkay but a few towakays. The company will not end up being used as a personal family company, then end up lowball takeover by one person. Somemore if you notice these few towkay have a lot of other businesses. They run hotels, do property development, retail etc. They will want consistent and growing dividends from Geo over the long term to expand their other businesses. In the short term, we should expect lower dividend, but after they make the acquisition, profits and dividends should jump. If this is going to be many years larer then i will sell. But Im not selling now because i think this accretive acquisition is coming soon, maybe next few months
