If you read the announcement carefully, its mentioned that there's no certainty that the group is able to commercialise successfully the serology test that incorporate the tech., if developed.. The term "if developed" already indicate the uncertainty in developing the kit.. And he also throws in a bonus saying that even if able to develop the kit, all the effort may go to the drain as there's no guarantee in commercialising it.. So what more do you want from the company?? Likely tml will see another article from mak.. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just to comment a little bit more.  Out of the 5 main quesrions (with sub questions (a), (b) ...), only Q5 is appropriate to be answered within 2 days.  Ext  for Q5: " 5) The Agreement with A*ccelerate was entered into on 9 July 2020. We note that the Company called for trading halt on 13 July 2020, at 12:19pm, and released the Announcement on 14 July 2020, 10:46pm.  (a) What are the reasons for the delay in the announcement .  (b) Was the Sponsor aware and consulted on the disclosure of this matter and what was their advice.  (c) When did the Board and Sponsor approve the announcement?" For Q1-Q4, 2-4 weeks should be given to be fair to the company management/dir. Otherwise SGX is causing too much unnecessary stress to pressure the coy to answer so quickly, resulting in creating a lot of uncertainties and stress to investors as can be seen in the forum and the market.
