Frankly, the variation of the Burwill is too much of a coincidence for me to believe that it is just a pure coincidence.  Before 24 Oct, when AMAL/Burwill announced the variation, I already questioned why Burwill is willing to accept lower grade (and they didn' t even mention the lowest grade acceptable) lithium at the same price and will increase the qty they will purchase from AMAL.  Just right after 24 Oct, they reverted these two back to the original agreement.  Coincidence?  Not for me. The Sheriff Office sold 32.3mil seizure shares to settle the S7mil loan.  That' s about 22cts per share.  The period that AMAL market price was around that value is in 1st week of Sept.  But the volume for around 22cts doesn' t add up to 32.3mil.  So how did the Sheriff office dispose those shares?  Obviously LWN didnt buy them because their latest filling did not showed that.  So LWM is not willing to buy their own share when it was 22cts? Now due to the failure to meet the " 50cts by 24 Oct" agreement, LWN owed JL another $5.5mil.  LWN asked for an extension to settle the due.  I thought Tjandra said he approached JL previously to settle that $7mil but JL did not accept because he cannot agreed on somethign that Tjandra wants.  And since Tjandra did not buy those 32.3mil shares he must still have that $7mil that he initially offered to pay JL.  So why not settle it quickly? Until now I am still highly suspicious of Tjandra and JL " special" relationship and the whole saga.
