Ezra needs to arrest this either by debt and equity. As announced, this is work in progress and may have further news. Equity: it will be massive dilution for the Lee family if they issue shares at this price level. A huge chunk of shares will need to be raised. They did a rights at 0.105. It is unimaginable if the new shareholder (s) get half the price that the Lee family subscribe unless it is a who's who. Unless they are doing another rights? Not sure the founders have the muscle but judging by their dormancy in share buybacks, I doubt they have. Debt: it will need to convince the bankers. Amid the macro today, though recovering but sustainability is a question. The lenders may require collateral and higher interest which mean a vicious cycle and zero sum game for Ezra. Divestiture to unlock assets: which they are doing now and may look at any "fat cows" in their herd for "slaughtering." The poster needs to Do some homework. I had said before in other threads, posting differing views are very appreciative but do not make baseless hypothesis. This is dangerous and can be criminal if the intention is to talk down a stock to benefit the individual's positions. Being "childish", is making a personal accusation. You had sounded familiar, very much like the creature but in different "wool". Lol. Don't be afraid cos I am sure the authority will come after the perpetrators. PS mark this, if the macro oil and gas make a sustainable comeback, Noble and Ezra or even ezion will be the front runners. I am no God. I don't control the macros.
