Yes, I agree with you. But I think this is not much about lack of intelligence but lack of a big stomack for risk. Most people, including you and me, are subject to the problem. For instance, you are still waiting for Midas to drop before you pick up, despite your belief in the good outlook for the company.

NOL is shipping company who consume high oil, it benefit from current low oil price, hence it rebound strong recently.Likewise Ezra is oil rig company who business greatly impact by current low oil price, its worst are yet to come due to high gearing..
