Temasek price is 0.14. They are 55% holder.
I always believe it has to be at least 0.124.

Simply stated, will the terms be 9 cents for each SM share? No right, it's a DAYLIGHT ROBBERY when the NAV is 12.5 cents and pose to rise. TH and Minority shareholders will never accept. In any case, TH loves Keppel more than SM, but TH is abstained from voting if I am not wrong, however there are ways to circumvent this. So the only critical question we have to ask ourselves is what is the offer price for each SM share. I am cautiously optimistic that it will not be less than 10 cents, at least 11 cents from my wet dream last night 🙏 🙏 🙏 . Dream only, may be wrong.
