By next reporting we ought to see the proceeds of the 2 land parcels sales into the company coffers. Then mgt should either use partial funds for dividends or SBB to boost the shares price and enhance shareholders value. Due to SGX allowing short selling, many string companies like Straits Trading, YZJ, SIA engineering have no choice but to execute SBB to protect SH value. Or else privatise...

Despite turnaround of BK fortunes, current market is not buying it due to poor market sentiment and SGX infamous short selling, pressing down prices of good counters. BK mgt simply has to use their profits to shore up via SBB amd fend off attackers. Then others will follow. So we just to have to wait patiently.

I prefer to say this counter is way undervalued rather than cheap. Being removed from SGX watch list is a huge huge weight lifted. All stars are now aligned. Mgt needs to start share buy back mandate and all that is required is a super BB to recharge it to even keel.

Market cap only 15m and revenue is 50m.. makes no sense for it to stay so low for long. Even 20 cents is cheap for the near future

Agreed the NTA for BK has improved coupled with more opportunities due to oil rallying. When market sentiment turns good this counter should move plus insider buying amd mandate for share buy back. Load and hold long term. Not for contra.

After partial disposal of group' s shipyard land, the cash infow amounts to $18.53m Add existing cash of $6.6m, total cash is $25.13m. Less out total borrowings of $15.95m , remaining nett cash is $9.18m and free of debt. Remaining shipyard land of 138,000 sqm is worth $13.2m. Total assets excluding other businesses is $22.36m or 11.2c/sh. Including 2 core profitable business divisions IE and CP, share should be worth at least 15c as a going concern imho. My 2c thots.

BK assets vs liabilities are net positive. Assuming net profit EBITA $5-10 mil per year and using 7xPE as s simple computation, valuation is 20-30 cts per share Can someone provide a sharper valuation going forwaed
