Conditional MGO: 30% to 50% shh or concerted shh bought more than 1% during 6 mths need to offer to GO but it is conditional.
Unconditional: when it crosses 50% and need to pay those who sold to them Assuming 46% holding, 5% who sold to TH, TH needs to honor it. If from now till expiry, anyone wants to sell, tH needs made good to Pay them so it means unconditional. Being 46%, who is surprised that Th is crossing 50% now? They are giving a low baller 8 CTs as they do not foresee any more shh dumping to them. Yeap. Some kan Cheong spiders who read and believe too much from leftists here may continue to exercise now. the problem with SCM is that SCM can still incur heavy loss when it has projects to execute. it means all the projects are loss making. it will have $1.3 billions loss for 2021. analysts are forecasting SCM to have $200 to $500 millions loss for 2022. can you wait until 2023 to see if SCM can make profit ? |
