If they raise capital by offering rights issue...i hope with conditions attached saying fund raised thru this channel is SOLELY for the purpose of saving the company....no more to pay for their big fat salary. Better still, they should make a promise NOT to take salary, bonuses, directors fee or any perks in kind from now on until the company is on way to recovery...imho
I hope banks/lenders help shareholders monitor their spending....make sure all expenses go towards saving the company |

windfarm business is something that Ezion mentioned going into few years back and it has liftboats suitable for such type of work. its too late for ezra to diversify into anything else now with no cash in the bank.

Actually, the USD 887Million nett liabitiies is their full year for fy 2016' s financial statement.
With the recent revealation that they need to write down another 170Million, the forcoming quarter' s financial statement would be much much worst.
So trade with care, its a time bomb, and why i have this feeling that it would join Linc, Tech oil n gas, swiber and swissco and rickmers maritime.
Stand to be corrected.
