 Alert Admin 		Disposal is not a real gain bcoz it gain by dispose asset.
Hence the EPS =$6.546mil/1315milshares, ie 0.0049, taking lowest PE at 6 due to highrisk counter, its fair value ard $0.03.
Not worth to invest at current price
