Dun sell , what if they issue an annoucement and clarify there is no plan to take it private and they dun know the reason for the unusual price movement? Then back to 42-45 cents liao... now is betting on 1) they annouce they in talks with banks to secure loans to take it private ==> 65 cents at least OR 2) they do not know of any reason to justify the ususual share price movement and there is no plan currently. ==> back to 45 cents. Really tikam.. casino counter. No one will know whether this current share price is pump and dump or real plan for privatisation Good luck

in 2022, they want to take Fraser Htrust private as interest rate were still low and they took quick action to launch privatisation before interest rate went up Now , interest is still high and will be high and longer with Trump as President. Why would they want to incur more debt with high interest rate to take Fraser Htrust private at this point?

This counter is like betting on Big or Small in casino. If the manager clarify the share price movement by announcing they have no plan at all for privatisation and they do not know the reason for the unusually share price movement, those who bought > 55 cents going to be stuck for quite sometimes at 42-45 cents. ==> lose > 10 cents If the manager says they are in discussion to privatise, then huat liao.. easily 60 cents and above ==> win > 10 cents really gambling counter |
