Her billionaire boyfriend wants to marry her, but of course does not want to stay with her in that old house. So she has 2 choices, one is to remain single stay alone in the old house (so called worth a lot of money), or move out to live in her boyfriend bigger mansion. Which would you choose? Please remember that without cutting the media business , Sph cannot bring in substantial shareholders, like the daughter cannot get married. Properties is rare commodity in Singapore. You can see all big properties companies are tightly controlled by tycoons. Once Sph free from the shareholding limit, what would those tycoons do? I start to admire my own wisdom for seeing through the wisdom behind this deal. I am confident the new entity will be profitable and according to Mr Iswaran ...future profits from the media business to be reinvested into the media operations rather than be distributed to shareholders (quote).

The daughter cannot be so useless , cannot work at all, with 10 years money , Maybe time to change the caretaker . I am sure it will be viable. Why don' t we follow government plan and change the current caretaker since it' s not working.
