I used to be wary of its gearing problem too,... but seems it' s taking pre-emptive steps to solve this problem,...

Somehow the response from the funds was not positive, so they pulled them off the package and relisted . So bro laksaman is kind of right, we have to be aware of what they inject into the reit.
