x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Fact is, and remains till today: 1) No dividend declared since IPO, even though company is profitable and doing well. What is the point of investing in this company where income is nil, value has become negative? (cite IPO price) 2) No value is unlocked, as contradicting to the company stance on the rationale of introducing the EAO. In fact, it' s a negative value EX-EAO till now. How much money is spent on the exercise and who is answerable to unnecessary wastage?  I understand there is a regulatory board which looks into such matters, just can' t recall off-hand. Another venue is try getting the attention of Glaucus and other agents that does research. Having witnessed DeClout' s growth, I am happy that the company remains to be profitable. However, I do have some concerns which I believe need to be addressed.   My main concern is the returns which DeClout has so far provided to shareholders. Share price wise, I believe that most shareholders who have purchased shares within the last 2 years are currently holding a net loss position. No form of dividends has been paid out since DeClout' s IPO although there was an Equal Access Offer a few months ago. In all honestly, I believe that most shareholders (excluding institutional investors) preferred a straightforward dividend payout.   DeClout announced its year end results today, 220217 and there was a substantial increase in net profit.
