It is actually quite a well known household name in China Many companies like Bosch, Panasonic, LG or Samsung may actually be very interested to acquite Xinfei to capture maket share. Just that Xinfei is the weakest performer in the HL Asia group of companies. Thats why many people are calling for Xinfei's head. Lets hope it has finally fully turned around and it can start contributing meaningfully to HL Asia bottom line.

The recent rally is puzzling to me to say the least, CYD is still moving sideways on NYSE and thats the most valuable subsidiary of HLA, so I have no idea whats causing this to be re-rated. Good bet on the China rise in consumer spending, transportation and  infrastructure work. And you check the CEO salary, very low compared to others listed firms. Only about $1 million per year. The CEO of CWT  earned about $7 million plus in 2013. What a joke.
