x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There' s nothing to say that the share price won' t increase or rocket in the future. The legislature only says that shareholders' approval is needed if the conversion price is more than 10% off the market price when it' s signed. And once it' s signed at 0.015, the conversion price will stay at that. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Swee Hong gets more working capital for future bids/projects. Targa has the option to convert the bonds to shares at 0.015 price.
