most share after ex-bonus tend to stagnant a bit...for this stock it has some impact from Thailand...krisenergy will have the biggest impact from thailand... currently, all coffee makers are competing for prices in the supermarket...NTUC..but Super still sells welll.....OWL...Super brand.. |

Haha just trying to delay lah ! Scare huge sell off mah. So far no announcement yet. Do you think their Q2 will be better ? Their major cumsumer market Thailand had been worsen and time wasted so many day liao. Can' t remember their Q1 announce at when.

many companies has this mandate....so it is not unusual....Osim, OCBC, Singtel and many bigger does this and buy back to support share price because they feel the price is cheap... |

Buyback
Super Group Ltd. (SGX:S10) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2.5% of the issued ordinary share capital. The repurchases will made on market repurchases or through off-market purchase effected otherwise than on the SGX-ST in accordance with any equal access scheme. The repurchases will be pursuant to section 76C and 76E of the Companies Act. The share buyback program shall expire at the earliest of the date on ... which the next Annual General Meeting of the company is held or is required to be held, the date on which the share buy-backs are carried out to the full extent mandated or the date on which the authority contained in the share buy back mandate is varied or revoked. The shareholders of Super Group Ltd. have authorized a buyback plan on April 28, 2014. On April 28, 2014, the company initiated a Market Repurchase after receiving approval from its shareholders at its Annual General Meeting for the buyback plan.
