These 40m shares are consolidated shares. As Ezion is under Liquidation Process, the appointed Liquidator is expected to sell these shares, as per EGM Circular. Just sharing.

x 0   x 2  Alert Admin	Nam Cheong shares issued at 40 tio-ed sold down to 15 then. And Nam Cheong is profitable. Very profitable in fact, after the restructuring. Over here, shares held by Ezion (in liquidation) yet to release to market. 40m consolidated shares held by Ezion. When these shares are sold, we will know, as it is required to report under SGX since SSH.

Float will remain tiny because of the 1000 to 1 consolidations unless the restructured shares starts to sell. By then maybe already gone to the moon. The financial impact details can be found in the recent circular, for which the restructuring had been approved, and hence the resumption of trading following the share consolidation. Even with the substantial one-off gain, the NAV is much lower than current share price. So do trade with care. Watch out for the sale of Charisma Energy shares by Ezion' s liquidators too. Ezion' s liquidators are mandated to sell the shares.
