Despite the depressing share price, it is still currently trading at 57 cents, more than double its net cash. So Baker share price has some room to catch up, with 19.1 cents net cash after Q1 2015 earnings.

So you see, the management already pre-empt your question. So dont worry too much. My personal feeling is that oil price is already recovering steadily. Oil and gas activities will be picking up soon. I have already started nibbling at some oil and gas counters, Baker is just one of them. Q1 2015 earnings are rock solid. But minus off the cash of 19.1 cents, this stock is trading at only roughly 3 times PE (annualised). Still not cheap enough? If we apply the same calculation, BakerTech, which has a net cash of 18 cents, can potentially go to 43 cents. So there is good chance here. Sell too early at your own peril.
