Ya I sold after reading from a few brokerages with TP capped at this price... 1.09OCBC, 1.13DBSV etc..

Friend Ariesa, I think OUB is wrong. Most reits have risen 30% to 40% way past their target prices since last November. FEHT is a 2 billion dollar company - much higher market cap by comparison -  and it's IPO price was  98 cents. I think the hedge funds are buying in and driving the price up. It has risen by only 20% so far and I expect it to rise to at least 40%  above IPO price comparable to Reits.

Let's see if I am right.      Smiley 29

    FEHT posts first set of results since listing

    Far East Hospitality Trust posted net property income of S$38.78 million for the period Aug 1 to Dec 31, 2012. Total return for the period after tax was S$69.54 million. This was achieved on the back of revenue of S$42.22 million. The group, which comprises of 11 properties held under Far East Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and Far East Hospitality Business Trust, was listed on the SGX on 27 Aug 2012. As such there were no comparative consolidated statement of total return prior to August 2012.

    FEHT is a new counter with IPO only a few months ago at 0.93. I think it will declare dividends for first quarter soon.
