NO PRICE INCREASE AND NO EXTENSION OF OFFER 2.1 No Price Increase. Monitor the sell volume after the offer, if high it might be insiders sel If offer lapses, weak holders will sell,,,,,,,,, The value of freehold property wil hardly drop unless the said country is in chaotic state 30 years ago Mr X bought a freehold property all his family members said expensive The rich will get richer by buying freehold properties He knows the value of his properties |

Out of the 22 hotels GP Hotels own, 19 hotels are freehold, 1 hotel is 999 years leasehold and 2 hotels are 99 years leasehold. So this business should be quite stable. |

So far all AGM are held in weekdays. Just apply half day will be enough as most AGM will finish within less than 2 hours. The reason why AGM is held on weekdays is because even on weekdays many people will attend . They had to spend a lot on refreshments and food. If held on weekend, it will cost them a lot of money.

Do you think is good to sell or keep Global Premium at 0.33 cents? it might worth more. or should I sell and buy biosensors international as it might be taken private...but still a ? if it will be taken private as the B20 business is not promising...only know that Citic group emerged as new major sharesholder..wonder what is CITIC ...government own? or some hedge fund... | ||||

Its Chairman and non-executive director of the company, Mr Koh Wee Meng (offeror) has announced his intention to make a voluntary unconditional cash offer for all the issued ordinary shares in Global Premium Hotels, at an offer price of $0.33. The offeror has an aggregate interest representing ~59.1% of issued share capital, and the offer price represents a 13.8% premium over the last transacted price and a 17.0%, 21.3%, 24.1% and 25.5% premium over the one-month, three-month, six-month and 12-month VWAP. The offeror intends to maintain the listing status of the company. The Offer represents an opportunity for Shareholders to realise their investment in the Shares for cash at an attractive price.
