As I am not an expert on finance/accouting/legal matters, so this is the best I can do... Hope we will get more shareholders to join us and let' s continue to fight to stop the proposal at the SGM and get a fair (or at least a better) deal!!

I just managed to create a web survey, can you please take a min to complete this survey?  So we will know roughly how many shareholders are aware of this Special General Meeting and the proposal, and how many shares we (minority shareholders) have, and also how can we help those who needs support.    Thank you.

for CHX proxy form , if section II is leave blank , by default will b the chairman.
but best to write &ldquo the chairman of the meeting&rdquo , &ldquo nos of shares&rdquo and &ldquo percentage &ldquo

Hi,

I just came back from BoardRoom to submit the proxy form

This is how to fill the form.
Section 2.
Fill in the top row, with Appointment of Chariman.    Then indicate the number of shares you have, which should be on the top of mailer and 100%

Section 3.
Indicate your vote.    I believe should be No for all three

Then sign on the lower part also do not forget to date it beloe the table of section 3.

You can mail it.    But if you can, better come down personally to BoardRoom office at Singapore Land Tower, which is above Raffles Place MRT to make sure that the form is not lost in transit
