x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The original 30 year rail financing framework is left with  just a few  years. Even if LTA buy back the asset, there will not be much cash recovery. Besides LTA already stated that many of the current capacity expansion and upgrading are the liability of SMRT, not the govt. But you can look forward to LTA' s buyback of the 1000 over buses and few pieces of land.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SMRT very bearish now.  I shorted it since 28/05/15. Everyday i collect about 0.5 - 1% of dividend (profit). I use it to pay for my smrt ride everyday. You can do it too.
