x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Those that took up TH' s 8 cents offer are likely some remaining shareholders who got their SCM shares for free from SCI distribution last year. They might not have bothered about it previously but suddenly got a cash offer from TH, so just cash in.  Some might be subscribers of the 8 cents rights who decided to sell to TH since the price has been hovering at 8 cents for awhile. Good news as it reduces the free float in the market and removes all the remaining weak hands.

It's unexpected events that moves share price, not public information. I am not optimistic, but I did see dead fishes do jump up several times before they are finally dead, cats included. So I doubt selling at 8 and buying at 7 is achievable over the next few months.
