Thanks for advice bro.  Wasted a few chances when covid started to lock profits.  KNN always sell down at weird time catch us off guard.  I just worry today evening.  Now dunno issit just small retail investor feeling hopeful mid day. Tenants are decreasing in number as more small businesses are closing down. Rate is growing steadily as reported CNA.  2. Landlords are now lawfully obligated to provide rental subsidies to tenants.
