Could the crash  have been engineered by  some anchor placees  trying to get out from bad situation when price was stagnant  at 19c?  Somehow, the prolonged downward movement must have  successfully  drawn shortists attracted by  BLOOD. I won' t be surprised if the price willl  go up strongly above 20c  if there is a  huge short position  in the market.  Should be  exciting for LHN next week...

I didn' t study the companies you mentioned. Sorry.      I think the whole mkt is at a pivot point.    Unless there are virgin bargains, I' d stay clear.      Can always buy when prices crashed.

Well if you buy cheap, anything' s good for a rebound.  You just need to know how high the price can go.  And as I' ve said before, the upside' s limited because the industry' s not exactly sunrise.  It' s very dependent on demand in industrial props (first), commercial as second.    So you gotta to understand that interest rates are moving up.    This is not kind to property mkts at all.

Second, whether demand for industrial space and commercial space will keep on increasing in SG.    Rental rates.

2015 don seem to be high growth for SG prop mkt.  I think it' s the opposite.

So fundamentals don' t support investing in LHN.      At low price, yes I think can keep some small shares hoping they go big, maybe do REITs.      Otherwise just give it a miss.  No regrets.

I was aiming at 12 cents.    Price went up today so I' m gonna give it a miss.          The reason is that I find the industry not exactly exciting.  Yes, they do a lot of packaging, expert at it.

But look at rentals, they' re not exploding.  Actually going in opposite direction.      And the portfolio' s gotta be rock solid to withstand cycles for a co to ride out any downturn.  Interest rates are rising, so margins will definitely be affected.

Don forget the selling came from the IPO investors, and do we really understand why they sold at a loss?        Something to mull over.
