Well said 👍 Thats why GE has to hold asap. Govt cannot tahan. Biz also cannot. Retrenchments coming. People has to eat but cut costs. Dine out will drop. Cooking helps to save. Thats why sheng siong share up. Logical. Clothes? Buy online la. U see alot of window shopping but no sales.

True, one thing good about CMT... most of its malls are in heartland estates... Not focusing on tourists, sporean will still need to dine, buy clothes and stuff in these malls.
Not like orchard or suntec areas... With no housing estates nearby, tourists spending is more important for those malls.

Lol like I said in my earlier post, market doesn' t even make sense anymore at all. Shops reopen with pretty crazy traffic in malls but share price just keeps dropping. Back in early-mid june, still phase 1 of circuit breaker with everything closed yet price climbed to a high of 2.2x | ||||
