x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Great news from SGX for China stocks listed here: CHINA companies seeking to raise funds by listing in Singapore will soon have to rope in state-owned enterprises (SOE) or mainland cornerstone investors, as Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) tries to win back the lost trust in S-chips. For future initial public offer (IPO) applicants, the regulator will see if they have Chinese cornerstone investors, preferably institutional investors, and whether or not they are being brought in by Chinese investment banks. Cornerstone investors are usually institutions that commit in advance to invest a fixed amount of money or shares in an IPO. They include sovereign wealth funds or state-linked investment vehicles and tycoons. The presence of this investor class is typically sought in markets like Hong Kong for their halo-effect on IPOs to entice retail investors. Cosco is the best candidate that both foreign funds and local investors will chase.

I rode the initial wave until $4 plus, then sold off too early.  That was the time when Cosco embarked on a major ship building program. So dont under-estimate Cosco resolve here to build into a very major logistic company. I am just keeping my lots here to ride the major development of this company. This time hopefully I dont take profit too early.

This has resulted in higher administrative cost. Once Cosco shed some dead woods, or move some away and be productive in the logistics business, and as the logistic business grows, the G& A cost will be reduced relative to the revenue, and profitability will increase.  Growth is the focus now.
