Since it is Personal Loan, Legal Cost should have nothing to do with the Company, but in short term the shareholding of the company could be very messy, dunno who owns what. Best to stay sideline or fast in, fast out.

Firstly not sure is there such ruling, secondly Aimira could declare bankruptcy and void the repayment (if any). It' s seems like a bad move the TPH. The only saving grace for them now is to present the giant sky screen plan, and they have only have 3 more months to do so before the contractual agreement expire.

Armira the custodian, had allegedly transferred shares from customer accounts as collateral for loans without obtaining proper authorization to third partry user. They used the shares to engage in short selling (from the chart 13 Jul onwards, shares price had gone down to 0.014 from 0.069 high). So will they buyback for the deficit? |
