Then the customery ' TWC (trade with caution) mandate is issued.   But do these words exist in anybody&rsquo s vocabulary at all.  In the heat of excitement a couple swears they&rsquo ve never heard  abt  aids.   N so the party goes into full swing cos police already checked the house n won&rsquo t come back again mah.  Got the picture now?  We say stocks like these give us a bad name.  Shn&rsquo d we wonder also whether we are giving ourvelves a bad name by the way we conduct our policing affairs?  Which brilliant chap came up with this potent TWC prescription I wonder.  Will we ever learn from ABL?    From the way things seem to be replaying .... errrr ....
