Back in 2014, when the share prices plunged, even Mortley Fool warned against buying in. But those who held on were well-rewarded when the privatisation came. I was one of those who sold too early and have been kicking myself since. And guess what? They are in heart stent too. Certianly high risk still but if approved, this could be a real game changer. All the critics about GEM participation should take this into consideration. They are very smart investors and may be the ones getting the last laugh as they are buying in at very low price. And at today' s price, you and me could also be getting in cheap. But to be sure, I am vested and I started buying last month and have not stopped. DYOD.

I can hear someone laughing ...very loud somemore...oh is QTV evil mgmt.   Payday liao (by lending shares to GErM for their operation and gotten money back in return).   Happy until siao. I can hear someone crying..very loud somemore...oh is QTV retail shareholders.   Investment value drop like no tml (from QTV evil mgmt and GErM colluding operation).   Lose until siao. Let get some values out for reference. Last quarter NAV = -US$9.2mil Assuming asset sale completion with a net gain of US$26.5mil. Expected NAV is then US$17.3mil. Based on current x-trate of 1.357 and issued share of about 1.7bil, expected NAV/share is about 1.4cts.   Now price 1.6cts.   So GErM can still laugh more.   QTV evil mgmt can still laugh more and retail shareholders still can cry more.....

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	going the GEM route - every tranche drawdown of funds is a body blow to the share px. 2 tranches so far..about $1.5M total...how many more tranches before they hit $10M with possibility to extend to $20M if they burn the cash too fast and not much alternative to get funding
