Catrade      ( Date: 29-Sep-2022 21:48) Posted: Please do understand Golden Energy subsidiary Stanmore Resources coal mines r producing Metallurgical coals which is for steel industry.  Metallurgical coal or coking coal is a grade of coal that can be used to produce good-quality coke. Coke is an essential fuel and reactant in the blast furnace process for primary steelmaking. The demand for metallurgical coal is highly coupled to the demand for steel. Therefore this is not Thermal coal which is used for generation of electricity. So this news of shutting down coal generators end of fiscal yr 2035 Australia doesn' t affect Golden Energy Stanmore.
