Before the notice to option conversion, Premier already had 814mil sh in hand, and if they want to sell, they could hv done so. So possibility of keeping it for longer term as there seems to be more good developments on the way. Anyway, think those holders who got no confidence best to sell lah, so no more worries mah. To sell currently at 003 shd be no problem, but if want to sell 004 or above, think got to hv confidence to keep longer lah. U want better price, no choice lah, got to bear the stress and hope for the best. Get more inspirition from B-W who is detail and positive in his analysis, and less from those fly by nite opinions lah. Just opinion. While the CEO has no control over what Premier Equity Funds does to the stock after the option, but what I can tell you is this - It does not mean your shares are even more worthless. It really depends on what Premier Equity Funds does tomorrow and from hereon. They can activate the options for 2 reasons: 1. Take profit immediately 2. Minimise taxation based on market price and option price difference - Hence they activate the options, and keep the shares. This is what investor does. Regardless, the shares were already here to stay given that this option was given long ago (even before this new owner/CEO tookover). If we are confident of the trajectory of the stock, this 500 million is nothing in the bigger scheme of things.  If scenario 1 happens, price may drop. Remember I mentioned sideways trade between 0.002-0.004. What is the likelihood it will stay at 0.002? Unlikely for the long term. It may touch every now and then during these 2 weeks but I doubt it will go to the extent where retail investors can buy at that price. Most likely only the BB can get it at 0.002 due to panic selling by retail investors. Why won' t stay at this price of 0.002? Simple - CEO has to answer to our famous economist from London who plans to invest 10 million dollars. Don' t want to secure his confidence? I doubt so wor.  If scenario 2 happens, which is likely the case, this stock will just skyrocket more with a much stronger foundation.  You are in a bull now. You are doing fund management also (i.e. Premier Equity Fund). Will you just exercise your options now and sell immediately? Or knowing it is a bull, you see how high it can climb, then record it down as paper profit as well while marketing to your customer that their portfolio value is increasing

You notice their past RCB deal all done with option to covert at dirt price, at 0.001 (i.e. SGX minimum bid price), whilst enlarge the share capital base each time, their company' s valuation continue to increase (i.e. minimum bid price X ever-increasing issued shares as a result of these unfair RCB deals). And they easily cash out selling at 0.002/0.003 at no loss to them. These funds/owners are essentially milking from the public on the exchange, giving the false impression that the company is turning around while they are busy cashing out behind their nominee accounts (probably not fully/timely disclosed in the public). Guess what, the proceed from these unfair RCB deals are even used to fund their ' working capital' i.e. directors' remuneration / keeping few employees fed for impression of surviving. The owners don' t even dare to post their photos in their annual report... i guess they scared kena whacked by angry shareholders :p
