like the music stopped suddenly?

It is simple or extremely difficult, depnding on your prespective. 

because the market leaders/makers for Rex pull out support...
so retail does not have enough power to sustain

what this means is that that Rex price naturally drop

now...at what point is safe to entre depends on your risk taking

i see 13X is ok....but it could breach 131...to 124/125 
my wish is that it sustain above 13mark, or sustain above 14 like today...

the storm news in US Gulf coast will spin UP or dwindle down into nothingness

experience tells us that Rex waves go down then rises up after lows are hit...

so either 12x or 13X is the NEW low?

after sufficient collection,
market leaders likely to push up for release in october/early Nov
