My most earning counter in sgx, how can you fire me on this counter? Nol? Game is not end yet since no deal is done. Invincible hand behind to jeopardise the chart, so i quit to play nol since i don't play stock with hidden hand with hidden agenda. But come to the offering price and overall deal on nol, i just state my view continually. Those are not really negative but as usual i just provide my own neutral view, if container market is good, my view is positive. I don't speculate, i just follow what happen in market and be neutral, only be neutral understand the market and place the bet on right direction, no matter a uptrend or downtrend. But now is totally different situation, look at what sembmar facing, noble facing, their industry is down, banks are extra careful on that, back to container shipping, same situation. The banker from standard chart are desperate to look for customer to loan especially those still financial healthy like you, they offer you, but management will approve or not still subjected your finance capability. Banks are no more flooded with cash especially those in asia, you can ask around bankers what happen since gov issue bonds, they are more tighten and need to offer even higher interest rate to fight for the cash to meet mas requirement in order to loan money out and earn the commission. Financial strong people won't feel the different, but those weak one or over debted, you can ask them what they are facing now. Just based on your own personel experience and make such conclusion is you don't really understand what happen in asia market. Tomorrow guess no trading halt and share high chance range bound even though US market surge 2% last friday. This big deal at the end of last month of 2015 is gona be very interesting. CMA must be vexing now cos TH don wanna sell cheap and Maersk is right at the back waiting for it to fail lol. Maybe if the deal fall thorough, more bidders would come forward since the base price for NOL would had been made known and CMA unlucky been made the scrapgoat for testing the market.

I am always sincere and don't speculate or faking thing. I just shared with my knowledge and what i think is fact. I really think 1.225 is a very good price to cash out. This is a price close to nav and for a company still making loss and for 4 years is very tough to convince buyer to buy over the nav, especially nol running out of cash with merely 240 mio in bank. If temasek miss this chance to sell, nol will make loss continually, 2 possibility will happen in the future, either issue right to raise cash or issue more debt. I think temasek neither want these 2 possibility happen since they instructed nol to pay down the 2 over billion debt including cash from selling apl logistics instead if rolling the debt over to long term debt. Main purpose is to simplify the take over process for the potential buyer, and die die want to sell nol off. Cma is a good buyer with good record of consolidate a business and be profitable. To nol it is a good move. But by taking care of nol shareholders, i doubt th is care on them since you are the one want to buy nol at 1.225 and wish to speculate to higher price, why nol need to take care the speculator pocket, so long as money can go in temasek pocket instead of coming out from their temasek, temasek for sure will sell nol at discounted nav
