x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Given the Super Low Japanese interest rates, I believe they will fund though loans or debt securities instead of dilutive rights. Anyway they have a very good track record and the market share price usually climbs past the rights price rapidly.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Is there an imminent Rights issue? I guess I may have missed an announcement somewhere. Then again, why would CRT do a Rights issue if there is going to be an impending sale. They are not expanding nor would need the money for working capital, afterall they are good financially. Otherwise, if not taking up, sure,... we can sell our Rights in the mkt, but our holdings will be diluted ! Perhaps this is the downside of Croesus,...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Company is in a good position based on it' s financials.  Current price is about a 3-year high, notably having ran up quite a bit from mid-90 cents after news about it' s intention. So, not sure where they' ll draw the reference. If I were to make a simplistic guess, it should not be more than 1.50, maybe 1.20 to 1.40?  Btw, DBS group holdings own quite a huge chunk of CRT. Last done: 1.035 Looks like the upward pressure is still there.. Honestly though for CRX it has been one of SGX' s most consistent and stable stocks and investors generally have always been optimistic about it' s prospects. the constant stream of high yield dividends should also be taken into account. so you can say its a mixture of tangible and intangible factors. if a company like Innovalues can be acquired @ $1.01 per share i think CRX maybe can be acquired at relatively higher price. $1.50 would be an optimistic valuation. $1.115 more realistic and conservative.
