Hence in anticipation of this they see a price difference between 220 and 257 and sell some or all of what they already have in their CDP accounts because they know they will be able to replace it with the conversated rights ( 220) Their logic is ok as they make money by pocketing the difference but they are wrong because they fail to realise that    1. SATS share price may rally next week as an incentive to encourage people to subscribe to the rights and to boost confidence in the company    2. BB will collect enough rights at $0.4.  After that, BB push Sats to above $3.0, then rights price at above $0.8.
