Something' s terribly wrong with how our regulator runs the market, imo, sad to say, but what to do.

Definitely worth the while for me to accept scrip dividends.  Will sell the equivalent amt of the scrip dividend shares first (price being set of 36.5 cents per share), opt for scrip dividend and wait for the dividend scrip shares to replenish. Nevertheless, given the high indicative price of  $0.51 to $0.74, I cannot help but feel the management are encouraging people to buy the share here and port them over to HKSE, where likely, they will sell and profit once it began trading. It kinds of remind me of Sound Global many years back, they second list on HKSE and 1 year later, delist from SGX. I wonder..... are the management thinking of the same route? Given the small float after transferring of shares, it should not cost them much if they want to delist.......
