x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	- Vallianz do sprung off from Swiber......but do you know Swiber grow from a humble background........it grow into one of major offshore contractor before....gotta give some credit.......downfall of cos oil depression.....only condemn if we can do better job... - Same thing.....don' t deem all board member useless if we can do better job...really......The three amigos are exception.........really arshole .....run at first sight...haha - Receivable swell I think because before this year...most job from Swiber.....they delay payment always....I know their style....client delay paid......they delay payment for contractor....trust me on this one. - Loan do swell and it a issue....not all rainbow mah.......I think the debt from purchasing vessel.......but to expand the fleet disregard current market condition does not make sense.......maybe foresee requirement.......already confidence in tapping into middle east market before the moves?.. - Receivables and payables from Swiber might be an issue but will only reveal later.......look on the brightside.....at least net receivables...haha - You evaluate vallianz discount value " now" if you are a punter/short term trader....what if you are a long term investor......few year later...possible of oil revival...what are the value then? 100%?...120% value?.....market will decide... Do agree Q2 result is important....if really don' t look good...will jumpship.....no point jack n rose.........save whatever left...haha

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There are some much similarity between Swiber and Vallianz. -  Vallianz sprung off from Swiber. -  Half of the BOD came come from Swiber. -  Vallianz receivable swell like balloon just like Swiber' s. -  Correspondingly loan also swell for WC just like Swiber' s. -  Swiber cannot recover receivables so ended up no cash to pay creditors.  But has been keeping mum about it.  Ended up now Vallianz also cannot recovers its receivbales from Swiber.  Vallianz initially said business as usual but later revealed that US$62mil receveiable due from Swiber. -  Swiber still annonuce news like still very OK to calm (con?) investors.  Vallianz also annouces news like nothing big happened. Vallianz is just following exactly the old path of Swiber. If Vallianz is prudent and write-off that US$62mil, its NAV become 7cts.  But name me one O& G trading at full value now.  Most are trading at around 30%. Let see if Vallianz' s Q2 can change my mind.
