I find out that the director offload 1.5 million shares over 2 days just now when I checked SGX website. I never like to buy shares when the owner or director is selling, But nevertheless, I found out that this company was IPOed 2 years ago and only 3 million shares were sold. Also the dividends has increased. It?s profits are stable. And lastly, it?s tightly held. The top 8 largest shareholders hold more than 90% of the shares, which makes the share price inelastic when there are strong demand for the shares.
