x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Based on 2023 Capitaland Investment declaration of 12 cents + Ascott dividend in specie  The share price spike and hit a peak just before/upon result annoucement (the circled portion) and then dropped towards  end of March (24 Mar 2023) beforeit started rising again.  So this time round, the peak was $2.65 after the annoucement of result 2 weeks ago. Then  share price starting dropping. Have to wait until end of March before it resume the rise again. Prediction: Will touch $2.50 - $2.52 at the end of March (since Management said they will now focus on growth instead of things like share buyback, so assume there will not be any share buyback)  before climbing to hit $2.64 before XD based  on 2023 pattern. I stating facts based on past pattern. Past pattern as the name implies is  PAST so can only serve as a reference.
