One need to convert by 30 Sep at $0.2394, 2.5 millions. The lender will demand cash return. Now addvalue needs to raise 6.7 millions by issuing a lot shares, even lower than the current price. If not, the company will declare bankcruptcy or JM. Insiders know the woes of the company and so they all sold yeterday when there was no announcement made by the company. This time round retails will burnt big time.

In the end, has to get employees to suscribe 2) Refuses to name customers 3) Allude to 200 IDRS terminals when in fact only about 10 terminals confirmed 4) Recent terminals for fishing vessels only 100 ordered but they reported it in a way that even made the Business Times reported report it as 1000 terminals ordered 5) Recent results release they always announce significant improvements expected but never materialise 6) Claimed to explore listing of the IDRS unit - complete nonsense when it does not even have substantial orders nor making money 7) Claims to have a pipeline of prospects for IDRS and 15 to 20 in advance negotiations in the end only 1 signed up I can keep going on ... who would buy into it?
