Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 30 cents ii. Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 7.6 cents iii. Payment of loans via shares iv. Issue of new shares The above seems perfectly normal for a company but with a falling share price and at current share price of 3.4 cents, how much do you think are their patents, potential of M&A, ability to create a new arena when compete with the big boys? No one know but one thing is for sure, their future looks bleak now. Just my personal view...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The deal with Medtronic augurs well for qtv as we have seen improved sales performance and lower expenses. It make sense to tap on Medtronic's reputation established distribution network. Current share price of 1.5 cents translates to about S$26 million market cap. It might be a matter of time Medtronic will acquire the product line for US$28 million. Yes, they still burn about US$5 million a quarter but they have a bigger cardiac product out for sale. May have some overhang but once cleared should go up. Downside risk is low in my opinion.
