I wouldn' t short this counter. In fact, look at the short selling report for June, there' s hardly any shorts (1.5m shares across the month). This counter is very smelly, announce so called good news to trap innocent retailer, then sell down. Warrant conversion not helping share price as well. If you want to invest in this co, i would wait for warrant to expire and see how it goes from there. Not worth touching it now. |

That is quite true.....big risk as this counter can move forward, reverse anytime without any concrete reasons. For us retailers, best thing is to have a lot of patience, not to short it, and wait for it to go lower, maybe below 1 cent depending on your gut-feel, and then load up gradually. If it doesn' t reach you buy TP, then move on. Live to play another day.

If the sentiment is short sell, stake BIG on it. But in DISA case, what can reverse situation? If it is going to reverse, shortist will be burnt.

If you calculate the cost price of the BBs, I suppose their average price is below $0.01 for now. What do they need to bring up to 2c? What is the rational behind since there is no need to maintain price other than to do  distribution to retail investors?

Some BBs have to sell some mother shares and use the proceeds to take up the warrants , so selling is rather expected . They choose not to sell the warrants becasue warannts has little liquidity , noteasy to sell big quantiy as it will depress the price even lower. | ||||

To get a good insight about what is going to happen, I like to know a few things.  What will be the total issued shares if I assume all the warrant holders convert it to shares? If we assume that the share price is going to bash until $0.008, it means that DISA will be a company will have a lot of cash in it as well. Easily about $21m of additional cash from here.  Who will be the largest shareholder by then? How many % in control before we determine that it is a company that worth BBs to re-start the pushing game. I will assume that the price may dip below $0.007 which allows the BBs to collect enough and restart everything.  Based on the positive news announcement, what will be the forecast profit from Walmart and etc?  Can DISA' s POS technology be replicated to maintain that kind of profit numbers or will DISA has only a first mover advantage in the POS play field? From a competitor' s point of view, does it make sense for them to acquire the entire company?  A lot of announcements came out but the company or no investor is able to translate these announcements/information to give a realistic view about the company

correct. feels like market already understood their gameplay, which is release news and invite retails to buy, and then exercise warrants to sell. very very sneaky. Best is wait till the warrants expire or fully exercised. around 3billion of them more. oh gosh.

Sorry, it should be $0.007 and not 7c.  The $0.007  is the exercise price for the warrant. At the same time, it no longer make sense for anyone to convert if the share price goes below $0.007. That is the rational behind the theory. However, watch out for the outstanding warrants number. If the number reaches zero, there may no longer be any overhang. In a way, the company will want warrant holders to convert the warrants to shares. But from BB standpoint, they want to have less  issued shares. A lot of speclation regarding the earning it can derive from Walmart but what is the actual number. Rework that number and check the P/E ratio after the warrant conversion.

Somebody mentioned the selling is done by BBs, which I think is obviously true. Any warrant holders here? What' s the exercise price and expiry date? I Guess this will probably shed some light where the price is heading. Lately there have been too many Warrants exercised. Time to stop the flood. I' m not too surprise if it goes below 1 cent soon. It has to go low before it has room to rise again. Just saying only, holders brace yourselves for the rough ride ahead. |
