But capital gain not big as VWAP only 0.35. 30% premium u get only like 0.45. 50% premium 0.52 60% premium 0.55 Plus Ren very stingy most likely go for 30% premium. Only need like $900m to buy up temaining 2b float. Then he cheap cheap get a 3.8b cash comoany that generate 250-300m cash year. 3 -4 year he break even lol. YZJFH still very profitable comoany it a cash cow undervalued.

Some bluechips top managements may need reports their boss and the stock price is one their key KPI. If shares buyback is over, when they are looking for BB to take the treasure shares, then may Mr Ren will be interesting on the share price. My view only.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	share price is the direct results of action between demand and supply. demand from money wanting to buy and supply from share holders wanting to sell. all others are indirect reasons that create direct demand and supply. example the threat us may act more to curb us money flowing into china has a sure impact on this stock first as indirect factor that drive the direct impact. the big owner wanting to allow an orderly exit is indirect that will change into action as direct share buy back.  they can do other things. example. 1. increasing demand  1.1 dividend demons. by having 40% of profit to pay as dividend. 1.2 put money into fund that will reciprocate by buying some shares. 1.3 having some invisible supportors that will buy and hold to tie up supply. < 5% to stay invisible.  2. reduce  supply. 2.1 borrow up as much shares available to it difficult for shorts. cost is interest. 2.2 do a share reductions exercise. or selective cancel of shares.  if we use 20/80 as a method to guestimate the shares available for selling.  about 2b free float. so 20% is about 400m shares.  happy punting. dyodd
