The last time it was so hot was in Oct to Dec 2016 .... when the shares prcie was about 10c .... strong buying came in the following weeks ... from 10m to 30m to 100m to 200 million shares loaded per day .... The shares shoot from 10c to around 20c .... 3 years had past ................... lets see ........ |

Somehow if you had noticed this time it is so differnt from the other times ... last time when those news were annnounced ... there WASN ' T any volume loaded and accumulated at all ........... for eg. in Oct 2018 OR in Nov/Dec 2018 etc etc The total volume transacted in those days are only around 3 , 4 or to about 8 million shares . No buyers . You can see over the years ... daily volume is avg only a few million shares . A year ago it hit once over 40+ million shares only . Look at the buying on Friday .. IT IS A WHOPPING NEAR 64 MILLION SHARES ... IT IS BREWING |

Crazy Romance - Spackman Entertainment Previous similar positive announcements, yet price of share collapsed. So be very careful on their game plan - make announcements, swap shares for co with highly inflated values(why - the collapse of share price, failure to contribute to bottom line as proof). and enticing shareholders to buy the shares before they, including the current CEO unloaded all his shares. |

I believe few buyers have any clue how the earnings flow to the company. What we know on a daily basis is the ticket dollar sales of a particular movie. There are cost of production (which we may know), marketing (which we may guess) and then the rest we don' t know and is unpredictable and opaque to most of us. Just use the best movie so far, Masters. What flows to the company is less than 5% of ticket sales. Mind you this is revenue to the company, not net profit because there are costs in the listco in terms of salaries and others. And after all these outlflows, there are the share swaps to take away whatever is earned.

Obviously some big buyers parking @ 13 for collection...see it constantly topping up....likely those buying previously at 10-12 may had do profit taking....imo...

Imo, manipulation surely got lah, otherwise how can drop so low from ipo of 26 to just 1ct, with all their so many announcements of huge movie collections from their many box office movies. Also how does the swappers never get named as ssh, with huge shares given to them. Think sgx can query but cannot investigate. Hard for a regulator who is listed to spend time investigating. Regulator cannot be listed lah, otherwise how to regulate, investigate,and worry about their P& L. ' Crazy Romance' looks like going to be one of those high rev movie, can expect total rev after the weekend to hit $14-15mil, easy lah. Ytd already hit $11.3mil But where their earnings will channel to next, is akang datang story lah. Not another swap, or maybe.

Crazy Romance. The Chart shows. The Priest grossed USD50.5 million. The current CEO, Mr. Ko sold all his shares (shares were trading around 1.6 cents then) which he received from swapping his company, Greenlight with Spackman. Just be careful, from the chart, the swapped shareholders could be unloading just like the CEO even though he publicly said the share price was undervalued after he sold all his shares.
