As OHL was not  in the Top 20 shareholder list as of last Annual Report 2021, he must have been accumulating MM2 shares prior to this placement. He now holds 8.449% of MM2 whilst Sam Goi holds 6.99% followed by Ron Sim with 5.84% Good thing is all three unlikely to sell any shaeres and may in fact beef up their stakes.

However our portfolio underperformed on a quarterly basis, up 5.3% in 1Q22 vs the STI&rsquo s 9.1% increase. For Apr 22, we add SIA Engineering and MM2, both being key beneficiaries of Singapore&rsquo s reopening after the COVID-19 peak, while we like Venture&rsquo s robust demand outlook.
