Even though CAPLAND has just announced the confirmation of AGM and dividend payment date, there are still non-CAPLAND believers selling down their shares. My advice to these dumb and ignorant investors is to sell off all their CAPLAND shares at a much lower price as quickly as possible so that the CAPLAND share price will climb steadily towards the CLIM price. |

What really drives the SGX market volatility is not SGX or the Asian markets. It is the US stock exchange. G' day to all. Been following the msg flow in this forum since the announcement of Capitaland restructuring. Am well vested, i must say. As what ' they say' : $ makes the world go round, $ makes pple crazy ! You put a men (so to speak) behind the steering wheel, and boom ... he turns into an aggressive lion. Sometimes, the more one tends to overly defend an issue, or emphasize the value, may somehow arouse suspicion, and create negative effect. Definitely, the use of ' uncool' expressions is far from being gracious. IF INDEED THE VALUE OF CAPITALAND IS WORTH PRICE, LETS WAIT FOR THE REALISATION. WHAT IS THE WORRY ! Gracious ------------ PS : its still a good 6 - 9 months or more to D-day. Anything can happen along the way. Price fluctuation is expected. Who knows, prices may dip further (am hoping). What is important ..... a war chest and a clear mind. |

As expected, one of their 10th largest institutional shareholders bought very large number of CAPLAND shares at $3.76 yesterday. Good and cheap to make big bucks. | ||

I think these buyers have a longer term outlook. The absolutely drastic sell-off at $3.76 was probably done by institutional investors who are probably tied to the Hedgefund Archegos Capital debacle. They need cash badly. Most of the buyers at $3.76 were probably other institutional investors with deep pockets and longer term strategic outlook. Institutional investors with deep pockets are the big winners at the end of the day. They will annihilate each other just to win big. LKY' s philosophy: Big fish eats small fish. Small fish eats shrimps who are the retail investors. |

Just my experience, sometimes the 100s of share sold are by the BB. They are testing the support line. I ever bought share comes in multiple split transaction of 100s, all came from BB...
