President Xi is fighting " tigers" and not many Chinese high rollers are coming here to gamble or perhaps " laundering" . I believe the casinos in Singapore will not doing well in next 2 to 3 years. I think this counter will not hits $1 again in the near future although I have vested interest. I am prepare to cut loss when market rebound.

Current prices are cheap from a valuation perspective compared to its historicals but fundamentally the company has had several quarters of year on year revenue and profit declines.
