Just like how they bought Realty land plot for $148m in Apr 19 and didn' t follow up with the intended construction plan and then put the land up for sale at $185m in Aug last year hoping to get a handsome payout without doing anything. But till now no one take up the offer 😂 😂 | ||

Contractually they are suppose to present the full plan by 30 Jun, till now still no news. My guess is they have no plan to carry out the project, just a mimic to bring up the share price then for profit taking. 😇 | ||
